Terms of enrolment

These terms cover classroom study with Intellect Weaveway Academy Co., Ltd. (“the academy”) at 333 Thepharak Rd, Bang Phli Yai, Bang Phli District, Samut Prakan 10540. By sending an enquiry, paying a deposit, or attending a class, you agree to them. The classes teach Fibonacci retracement and extension on printed charts.

Acceptance

A seat exists only when the academy confirms it in writing and the deposit described on the fee sheet has been received. A form submission on this website is a request, not a confirmation. Fees listed on the site are informational until that written confirmation.

The study

Instructors teach how swings, retracements, and extensions are marked. Classroom talk explains the drawing. Decisions to buy or sell a market stay with the student and sit outside the academy’s role. The academy does not manage accounts, issue trade instructions, or promise a financial result.

Intellectual property

Printed ratio sheets, checklists, practice charts, and the text of this website belong to the academy unless a chart was brought by the student. You may keep the copies you were given for your own study. You may not resell them, republish them as a course, or present them as your own teaching materials. Charts you bring remain yours. Pencil marks added in class are part of your copy.

Conduct

The room seats a small group so every chart can be seen. Students are asked to let others finish a swing sentence, to keep phones off the table during a review, and to treat another student’s print as private. The academy may refuse further attendance, with a refund of unused meetings under the refund page, if a student disrupts the room after a warning.

Liability

Study materials are prepared with care and can still contain a measurement error. Tell the instructor in the room if a line looks wrong. To the extent Thai law allows, the academy is not liable for trading losses, missed prices, or decisions taken from a chart that was marked in class. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Thai law does not allow to be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from enrolment or from these terms.
