Privacy notice

This notice explains how Intellect Weaveway Academy Co., Ltd. handles personal information collected through this website and through enrolment in Fibonacci retracement and extension classes.

What we collect

The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, the class you are asking about, an optional preferred date, and a message. If you enrol, we also keep the class name, dates, deposit and fee records, and any chart notes you ask us to hold. We do not ask for identity-card numbers, payment-card numbers, or brokerage logins through this site.

Why we use it

We use the information to reply to enquiries, hold and confirm seats, teach the class you booked, issue receipts, and keep ordinary accounting records. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract, performance of that contract, and legal duties to keep accounting records. Where we store a consent choice in your browser, we rely on your choice as described on the cookie page.

Retention

Enquiry messages that do not become an enrolment are kept for 24 months and then deleted. Enrolment records, including fee records, are kept for five years after the class ends to meet accounting needs, then deleted. Chart copies you ask us to discard sooner are discarded on request, except where a fee record must keep a description of the sitting.

Your rights

Under the Thailand Personal Data Protection Act you may ask to access the personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, or to object to a use that is not required for the contract or the law. You may withdraw a consent choice at any time; withdrawing it does not affect the class pages. Send requests to hello@intellect-weaveway.click. We answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee in Thailand.

International transfers

Email and website hosting may store messages on servers outside Thailand. When that happens, the information can be transferred internationally. We choose providers that commit to protect the data and we share only what the reply or the booking needs. You may ask for a description of the categories we hold about you.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it with the bank when you pay a transfer, with our accountant for fee records, and with a host or email provider who processes it on our instructions. Instructors see the class list and any chart you bring to the room.
