Refunds and seat changes

These rules apply to the studio, the swing workshop, the private chart review, and the extension clinic. They do not describe goods, shipping, or software, which the academy does not sell. Requests go to hello@intellect-weaveway.click or 023851131.

Deposits

Thirty percent of the class fee holds a seat: 5,550 THB for the studio, 1,260 THB for the workshop, 840 THB for a private review, and 1,920 THB for the clinic. The rest is due before the first meeting.

Eligibility and timeframe

Cancel 10 or more days before the first meeting and the full fee, including the deposit, is refunded. Cancel 5 to 9 days before the first meeting and the deposit is retained while the remainder is refunded. Cancel 4 days or fewer before the first meeting, or after that meeting has started, and the fee is retained, except for the private-review split described below.

Full and partial refunds

A full refund returns every baht received for that seat. A partial refund returns the fee minus the deposit, or minus time already used in a private review. If the academy cancels a class, you choose a full refund or a move to the next intake of the same class.

Work already started

A private review that has begun is charged for time used, in 30-minute blocks of the 2,800 THB fee. Unused time is refunded if you stop the sitting. Group classes that have held their first meeting are not split by the hour; the fee for that intake stays with the academy.

Materials

If a named chart pack has already been printed for your private review and you then cancel, 300 THB for that paper is kept and the timing rules apply to the rest. Practice sheets printed for a group class are part of the class fee and are not billed separately.

Rescheduling

A group seat can move once to a later intake of the same class if you write at least 5 days before the first meeting. A private review can move once if you write at least 2 days before the sitting. A second move is treated as a cancellation under the timing rules.

No-shows

If you miss a private review without the notice above, that sitting fee is kept. If you miss one meeting of a group class, the other meetings of that intake remain yours and the fee is not refunded for the missed evening.

Process, method, and time

Write to hello@intellect-weaveway.click or call 023851131 with your name, the class, and the meeting date. We confirm the amount in writing. Approved refunds return to the same bank account that paid, within 14 working days of the confirmation. The academy does not refund to a different account unless the original account is closed and you say so in writing.

Exceptions

If the office must close for a safety reason or a public order, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next intake, at your choice, even inside the 4-day window. Illness with a medical note is handled as a reschedule when a later intake exists, rather than as a no-show.
